We built these PET preform heater lamps to be a simple, plug-and-play upgrade for Sidel blow molding lines. The whole point? To swap out old, tired heaters without having to rewire or rework the machine. Seriously, it’s a straight drop-in. We&amp;rsquo;ve got you covered, whether you&amp;rsquo;re running a classic SBO series or the newest Matrix platform.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;h2 id=&#34;the-nitty-gritty&#34;&gt;The Nitty-Gritty&lt;/h2&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;Getting a preform hot, fast and evenly is the name of the game. So we fine-tuned the power density to hit that sweet spot. The lamps are engineered to spread consistent heat across the whole surface of the preform, which means carefully balancing voltage and wattage.&#xA;We also match the quartz tube&amp;rsquo;s shape to the exact dimensions of each Sidel machine&amp;rsquo;s heater bank. The result? Heat gets delivered where it needs to go, with no cold spots. And that&amp;rsquo;s huge, because it keeps your bottle walls consistent and the material strong.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
